WSiP Ranked Among the Top Employers in Poland
We are proud and excited to share that WSiP has been recognized as one of Poland’s Best Employers 2025.
WSiP ranked 28th in the national ranking, surpassing many well-known employer brands. It is worth noting that WSiP is the only Polish educational publisher included in the ranking.
In the industry-specific ranking, WSiP was classified under the Media and Advertising sector, where it achieved 1st place.
Poland’s Best Employers 2025 is a list of 300 companies operating in Poland whose outstanding achievements in the field of HR have been honored with the title of best employer. The ranking is based on the fifth edition of a study initiated by Forbes and conducted by the research company Statista.
The study was based on a list of approximately 1,900 employers with at least 250 employees in Poland. Statista compiled this list through extensive analysis of trade journals and information provided by industry associations and economic research institutions.
Employees in Poland were asked to evaluate their employers and provide data for the analysis. These evaluations were collected through anonymous surveys, allowing the study to reflect the actual quality of workplaces, rather than just the success of employer branding campaigns.
Companies could not influence their scores, as participation in the study was not available through paid services like audit requests. This guarantees the full independence and objectivity of the results.
The full ranking published by Forbes can be found here.
WSiP’s position confirms that the company’s HR initiatives are yielding positive results and are appreciated not only by employees but also by the broader market environment.
This high placement is also a result of numerous internal changes across nearly every area: the company’s development strategy, work on new products, implementation of modern tools and working methods, and the growth of teams and competencies.
“I’m glad that our continuous efforts to create an attractive and friendly work environment at WSiP are paying off and have been recognized in this nationwide survey! We will proudly display the award logo in both our internal and external communications,” said Jerzy Garlicki, CEO of WSiP.
