Infinitas Learning is delighted to announce the appointment of Jannes Hessels as Group Chief Information Officer (CIO). Jannes will formally join Infinitas Learning on February 1st, 2016.
Jannes has an extensive and impressive background in IT as well as commercial leadership roles within the Dutch and international educational content publishing industry. He has been particularly active in the industry’s evolution from folio to digital most specifically in his current, 5-year position as the Netherlands-based CEO of Edu’Actief.
In his new role, Jannes will assume full responsibility for the Infinitas central IT team as well as the country-level functions. Jannes will also be the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Noordhoff Uitgevers BV and, as an integral part of the Noordhoff management team, will help to drive and coordinate the digital strategy of both the Group and local country operations.
