Governance of business practices
with suppliers and customers

It is imperative for business continuity and ensuring the trust of our content providers and customers that we safeguard all intellectual property and personal data and take measures to prevent bribery and corruption in our dealings.

To do so we continually engage with content providers, suppliers, colleagues and customers to check business practices and give confidence to all stakeholders. The Code of Conduct articulates our core values and the expectations we have of our suppliers. The Code includes social responsibility standards.

  1. Ensuring intellectual property and data privacy is respected; and
  2. Ensuring business is undertaken adheres to anti-bribery and corruption legislation

• Initiative: Working with suppliers, colleagues and customers on ensuring data privacy, property rights and anti-bribery & corruption, based on existing Infinitas Learning Code of Conduct.
• KPI: percentage of key staff that have received related training.
