Tijs Brouwers

Before joining Infinitas Learning, Tijs held senior finance and operational leadership roles across international consumer/FMCG and digital platform businesses. Most recently, he served as Group CFO and COO at TBAuctions, Europe’s leading digital auction platform, where he built a scalable finance organization and governance structure, strengthened performance management, and led successful integration and transformation programs.

Earlier, Tijs was CFO of the European group Continental Bakeries, where he led the exit sales process and subsequent integration. He also held the CFO and COO role at UCC Europe, as well as senior finance positions at United Coffee, Maxxium Worldwide and PwC.

He is known for combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach, creating alignment across teams and helping organizations successfully navigate growth, transformation and change.

Tijs holds an MSc in Business Economics and a Chartered Accountancy qualification, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
