Krzysztof Rabiański

Krzysztof Rabiański assumed the role of CEO and President of the Management Board on June 23, 2025. He has been associated with WSiP for several years before, serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board, and later since 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board.

Krzysztof has many years of experience in managing companies and building their value. He began his career at PepsiCo Foods / Frito Lay, and then worked for NSG/Pilkington, Żywiec Zdrój S.A. (Danone Group), Polpharma, and EM&F Group. In each of these companies, as a member of the Management Board, he was responsible for increasing sales and market share, building the brand, developing the product portfolio, and expanding into new markets, successfully delivering dynamic growth.

Krzysztof completed Food Engineering at the University of Wrocław and Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also obtained the ACCA qualification.
