Herberth Samsom

Herberth Samsom is the CEO of Infinitas Learning, where he brings a rich blend of leadership, innovation, and expertise. With a diverse career across various sectors, including advertising, insurance, finance, and auction technology, Herberth has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within companies that embrace innovation to accelerate value creation.

Before joining Infinitas Learning, Herberth built an impressive career as a (co)founder of several enterprises, including InShared and TBAuctions, as well as various advertising and technology firms. His extensive experience spans both executive and non-executive roles.

Herberth started at Infinitas Learning International as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board, playing a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. He also holds board memberships at Equipe Zorgbedrijven, and the Prinses Maxima Centrum Foundation.

Herberth has an academic background in business, with a Master in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. This education has provided him with a solid foundation in business strategy and leadership.
Herberth is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and is committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement at Infinitas Learning. Herberth places great importance on blended learning and customer-centric thinking. The concept of platform thinking is familiar to him, as evidenced by his work experience at TBAuctions and InShared, and he recognizes its applicability within Infinitas Learning. In various countries, each with its specific needs, platforms can be rolled out, with the primary conditions and principles being a seamless user experience, a higher NPS and eNPS, and growth in market share.

Outside of his professional life, Herberth is an avid reader and enjoys exploring new cultures through travel. Staying fit via playing padel is one of his hobbies, especially playing against two of his seven children.
