Eveline Aendekerk

Education is the cornerstone of a thriving society. Guided by a deep belief in the power of learning and development, I am committed to making a lasting and meaningful impact for students, teachers, and the organisations that support them.

I bring over twenty years of experience leading complex organisations through strategic transformation, across culture, media and education. I began my career at KPMG, guiding change trajectories in the financial sector across the Netherlands, Portugal and Ukraine. I then held senior leadership roles at DigitasLBi and Dance4Life, an international NGO active in more than twenty countries. Most recently, I served as CEO of the CPNB, where I united publishers, bookstores, libraries and educational institutions around a shared goal: getting more people to read.

As a Commissioner at Infinitas Learning, I was already closely involved with Noordhoff before joining as Managing Director in April 2026. I bring a strong track record in organisational development, stakeholder management and strategic innovation combined with a genuine affinity for education and the power of great content.

I believe in the power of collaboration: bringing teams together, fostering shared learning, and empowering people to strengthen one another. I will continue to dedicate my expertise and energy to shaping what comes next — with a strong focus on quality, people, and meaningful progress in education.

Eveline holds a degree in Business Economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed the Commissioners Programme at Nyenrode Business University.
