Anneke Blok

Anneke has extensive experience in various publishing areas, since 2004 in the education sector. For more than 6 years she was CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors of Cito (a large knowledge organization in the field of testing, measurement and research for Dutch education) and before that she held management positions at Uitgeverij Zwijsen for more than 10 years, the last 6 of which were in the role of Managing Director.

Anneke is a highly experienced board member and director. People-oriented, with an eye for opportunities and a focus on entrepreneurship and results. Changing business models and digital transformation are the common thread in her work. She graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

In addition to her role as Managing Director at Noordhoff, Anneke serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at Brill publishing house and holds the position of chairperson at the Dutch education chain platform Edu-K.
